Violation of Probation, Naples, Florida
If you've been charged with violation of probation (state or county), you may be held in jail without a bond. As your attorney, I can contact the judge's office and schedule a motion for bond. In some cases, it may be possible to resolve your case with a negotiated resolution between you, the State, and probation to get you home as soon as possible. In other cases, a hearing is required. At the hearing the State is required to prove to the judge that a wilfull and substantial violation occurred by the greater weight of the evidence. As your attorney, I will review the evidence in your case to see what legal defenses may exist.
